AIKO has obtained a Grade A rating in Wood Mackenzie 's 2026 global ranking of solar module manufacturers, a rating based on assessment data from fiscal year 2025 and reserved for manufacturers who reach the highest performance threshold in the industry.
The Wood Mackenzie ranking is used as a benchmark to assess the bankability and operational capacity of solar module manufacturers. Its methodology analyzes ten criteria with varying weightings, ranging from the utilization of production capacity, technological maturity, compliance with ESG and corporate social responsibility standards, third-party certifications, and financial standing, to experience in module manufacturing, supply chain resilience, vertical integration, years of module manufacturing experience, and investment in R&D.
Grade A certification is awarded to manufacturers that meet at least five of the defined indicators. This rating certifies a level of capability aimed at reducing project risk for developers, EPCs, and asset owners.
AIKO's ranking is also supported by its position in BC technology and the development of its proprietary ABC (All Back Contact) platform. The company has filed nearly 2,000 patent applications related to this technology and holds BC patent licenses for global markets, excluding the United States. This progress consolidates a distinctive technological position and an intellectual property portfolio that is difficult to replicate.

Since 2022, AIKO's Zhuhai production base has been operating the world's first proven and mass-produced copper interconnect solution for ABC modules, with over four years of production validation. According to TaiyangNews, AIKO's ABC modules have held the top spot in the industry's mass production efficiency ranking since March 2023, delivering higher power per watt, increased revenue, and enhanced safety for customers. Innovations like SeparaTech further strengthen the platform's competitiveness.
AIKO will continue its commitment to developing its ABC technology platform, expanding its manufacturing capacity, and strengthening its global supply chain. With this, the company aims to support the growth of solar energy in international markets and contribute to a more sustainable, low-carbon energy model.
