Coral Energía began a new stage with the appointment of Federico Sbarbi Osuna as CEO.
The executive took office on August 3rd with the mission of leading the expansion of the Corven Group company in the Argentine energy market, in a context marked by new investments in generation and storage.
The company plans to reach 1 GW of electricity generation capacity by 2030 and already has USD 220 million in committed investments in various projects in the country, as part of its growth strategy.
Sbarbi Osuna joins Coral Energía after serving as CEO of 360Energy , where he led an expansion process that more than doubled the company's installed capacity in Argentina and expanded its operations to other markets in the region.

Previously, he developed a career of more than two decades at Genneia , where he was a member of the Management Committee and held various executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer (COO), with responsibilities in operations, strategy and business development.
With this addition, Coral Energía seeks to strengthen its management structure to support a phase focused on expanding its portfolio of renewable assets, storage projects and initiatives linked to new generation technologies.
The company maintains that this roadmap is part of a strategy to expand its presence in the Argentine electricity market, backed by the industrial and financial capacity of the Corven Group.
In a message posted on social media after assuming the position, Sbarbi Osuna expressed: "It is an honor to join one of the most dynamic and visionary energy companies in Argentina. This represents a new and ambitious chapter in my career, full of significant challenges and even greater opportunities."
The new CEO also thanked the Iraola family for the trust they placed in his leadership and assured them that the goal would be to consolidate the company's growth. "I am convinced that together we will take Coral Energía to new heights, expanding its impact on the Argentine energy sector and beyond," he stated.
He also emphasized that sustainable growth requires a long-term vision and strong execution capabilities. "I look forward to working with Coral's extraordinary team and continuing to build a stronger, more competitive, and more sustainable energy company for the future," he said.
The designation comes at a time when various companies in the sector are accelerating investments in renewables, storage and electrical infrastructure to respond to the growth in demand and the transformation of the energy matrix.
With the experience accumulated by Sbarbi Osuna in the development of renewable projects and the operation of large-scale assets, Coral Energía aims to consolidate a new stage of expansion with the goal of positioning itself among the main players in the Argentine energy market during the coming years.
