On October 1st , Growatt held a new technical seminar in Colombia together with its partner Tronex , bringing together 45 attendees including installers, specialists and members of the technical team to learn about some of the company's latest solutions and analyze their application in upcoming projects in the Colombian market.
The session focused on three key solutions from Growatt's portfolio: the SPH 18000TL-HU-US , the WIT 10–15K-HU L2 three-phase hybrid inverter, and the NEO 1400 120V microinverter.
Beyond a product presentation, the objective of the day was to translate the technical specifications into real installation scenarios, offering participants a deeper understanding of the processes of configuring, installing and commissioning the equipment.
From product knowledge to its application in the field

During the training, attendees analyzed the main technical characteristics of each solution, different system configurations, and relevant criteria for its correct implementation in real projects.
A significant part of the day was dedicated to resolving the technical questions raised by the Tronex team and the participating installers, especially those related to the installation and commissioning processes.
This practical approach allowed us to review aspects that go beyond the technical specifications and are fundamental during the execution of a project, from the selection of appropriate configurations to the considerations necessary to guarantee a safe installation and reliable operation of the system.
The training also allowed for a deeper understanding of the application possibilities of Growatt's new solutions for different needs in the Colombian market, combining photovoltaic generation, energy storage, backup power, and intelligent energy management.

The SPH 18000TL-HU-US expands the possibilities of residential and higher power hybrid systems, offering a platform designed to integrate solar generation, batteries and energy backup.
The WIT 10–15K-HU L2 series offers a three-phase hybrid solution for applications requiring higher power, configuration flexibility, and integration capabilities with energy storage systems. The 120V NEO 1400 complements this offering with a microinverter solution for distributed photovoltaic systems, enabling projects with diverse configurations and installation requirements.
The combination of these technologies reflects Growatt's strategy to develop a portfolio capable of responding to different energy scenarios, from distributed residential systems to higher capacity hybrid and storage applications.
“For us, bringing a new technology to market doesn’t end with the product launch. It’s equally important that local installers and partners have the knowledge, technical support, and confidence needed to implement it correctly,” said Lisa Zhang, Vice President of Growatt . “Through collaboration with partners like Tronex, we aim to be closer to industry professionals in Colombia, understand the challenges they face in the field, and support them in developing increasingly safe, efficient, and intelligent solar and storage projects.”
Training and collaboration to strengthen the local market
The event also provided a space for direct exchange between Growatt, Tronex and the participating professionals, facilitating the discussion of field experiences and specific situations that may arise during the execution of projects.
For Growatt, these types of activities are part of a strategy aimed at complementing technological innovation with training, technical support and close collaboration with local distributors and installers .
As the Colombian market incorporates new distributed generation, storage, and energy management solutions, having professionals prepared to design, install, and operate these systems correctly will become increasingly important to guarantee the quality and reliability of the projects.
With this new technical workshop in partnership with Tronex, Growatt reaffirms its commitment to the development of the Colombian solar market , bringing new technologies and technical knowledge to professionals who play a key role in the implementation of energy solutions in the country.
