Growatt, a global provider of distributed energy solutions, participated from October 28 to 30 in ExpoSolar Colombia 2026 , held at Corferias, Bogotá, where it presented its latest photovoltaic generation, energy storage and smart energy management solutions for the residential, commercial and industrial markets.
During the three days of the exhibition, the Growatt stand brought together installers, integrators, distributors and industry professionals interested in learning about technologies that can address some of the needs that are becoming increasingly important in Colombia and Latin America: increasing solar self-consumption, having backup power in the event of grid interruptions, integrating energy storage and managing different energy sources more intelligently.
Among the solutions presented, the SPE 6000-12000US and SPH 18000TL-HU-US hybrid inverters and the WIT 10-15K-HU-L2 and WIT 28-55K-US L2 series stood out, along with the HOPE 5.0L-B1 , HOPE 16.0LM-A1 , and ALP LV-US batteries. The company also showcased solutions such as the SPF 6000T DVM-G2 , the NEO 1400M-X2 microinverter, the GroHomeManager-X , the AXE 30.0-60.0H-RE1 EU , as well as the MIN, MID, and MAX inverter series for different scales of photovoltaic projects.
SPE and HOPE: a flexible proposal for solar + storage

One of the main focuses of Growatt's participation was the combination of the SPE 6000-12000US series with the HOPE family of storage solutions, a proposal aimed at facilitating the integration between solar generation, batteries and energy management.
In markets like Colombia, where users are increasingly looking to take advantage of their own photovoltaic generation and have greater autonomy in the face of variations or interruptions in the electricity supply, hybrid solutions allow progress from a conventional solar system towards a more flexible energy platform.
The SPE series allows for the integration of photovoltaic generation with energy storage and different operating scenarios, while the HOPE batteries offer capacity alternatives that allow the system to be adapted to different consumption and backup needs.
Within the range, the HOPE 5.0L-B1 offers a flexible option for residential storage systems, while the HOPE 16.0LM-A1 , with a nominal capacity of 16 kWh, expands the possibilities for users requiring greater energy capacity. Its architecture also allows for system expansion according to the needs of each project.
This combination allows installers and integrators to design solutions geared towards self-consumption, storage of solar surpluses and energy backup, providing greater flexibility to residential and commercial projects.
New hybrid solutions for different application scenarios
Another highlight of the stand was the WIT 10-15K-HU-L2 , one of Growatt's latest hybrid solutions for three-phase applications with low-voltage batteries.
Its addition to the portfolio responds to the growing demand for systems that combine greater power, storage, and backup within a flexible architecture. Along with the WIT 28-55K-US L2 and the SPH 18000TL-HU-US , Growatt showcased various options for projects requiring expanded system capacity and coordinated management of solar generation and energy storage.

The portfolio presented was complemented with solutions for distributed generation, such as the NEO 1400M-X2 , as well as inverters from the MIN, MID and MAX families, allowing Growatt to cover different installation scales, from residential systems to larger commercial and industrial projects.
“Latin America is entering a stage where solar energy is no longer understood solely as photovoltaic generation. More and more users are looking to store, manage, and use their energy more intelligently, as well as have greater security and flexibility in the face of different grid conditions,” said Lisa Zhang, Vice President of Growatt . “Our presence at ExpoSolar Colombia reflects our commitment to supporting this evolution with a complete portfolio of solutions, as well as technical support, training, and increasingly close collaboration with local installers, distributors, and partners.”
Technical knowledge to keep pace with market evolution

Growatt's participation in ExpoSolar Colombia also included two technical sessions aimed at industry professionals.
On October 28 , Julián Tovar , Growatt's product specialist in Colombia, presented the session "New Growatt WIT 10K/15K-HU L2 three-phase hybrid inverter: intelligent power with low-voltage batteries," in which he delved into the characteristics of this new platform and its application possibilities in hybrid and storage systems.
On October 29 , Carlos Hernández presented the conference “More guarantee, more energy with Growatt systems” , focused on the importance of combining technology, reliability and support throughout the life cycle of photovoltaic systems.
Both sessions allowed for direct dialogue with installers and professionals, resolving technical doubts and sharing knowledge related to the design, selection and implementation of solar and storage solutions.
For Growatt, this interaction with industry professionals is an essential part of its strategy in the Latin American market. Beyond developing new products, the company seeks to facilitate their proper application through technical training, local support, and close collaboration with the professionals responsible for implementing these technologies in the field.
Strengthening the solar and storage ecosystem in Colombia
ExpoSolar Colombia has established itself as a key meeting point for companies, professionals, and stakeholders across the renewable energy value chain in Latin America and the Caribbean. Growatt's participation in the 2026 edition reaffirms the company's commitment to supporting the growth of the Colombian market with solutions encompassing solar generation, storage, backup power, and smart energy management.
Through an ever-expanding portfolio and a strategy based on technological innovation, training, and local technical support, Growatt will continue working with installers, integrators, distributors, and partners to drive more efficient, flexible, and reliable energy projects in Colombia and throughout Latin America.
