In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 21,721 of 2024, which modifies the General Law of Electrical Services, and Exempt Resolution No. 98 of 2025 of the Ministry of Energy, Redinter will issue an International Public Tender for the award of the rights to operate the following expansion project, published in Exempt Decree No. 266 of 2024:
The Bidding Documents will be publicly and freely available on the website of the National Electric Coordinator , while the Instructions for Acquiring the Bidding Documents and Registering Participants will be available on the Redinter website in Chile , starting October 9.
Legal entities, both Chilean and foreign, may acquire the Terms and Conditions and register in the Register of Participants, who may participate individually or as part of a consortium or association, complying with the requirements and conditions established in the General Law of Electrical Services and in the Terms and Conditions of the Tender.
