Suntech presents its latest advancements in integrated photovoltaic and energy storage technologies at Intersolar Europe 2026, highlighting its evolution towards becoming a comprehensive energy solutions provider encompassing silicon materials, wafers, cells, modules and energy storage systems.
As Europe accelerates its energy transition, demand is increasingly shifting towards integrated, system-level solutions that combine power generation, storage, and smart energy management. In this context, Suntech is showcasing its vertical integration capabilities and expanded product portfolio, designed for large-scale residential, commercial, and industrial (C&I) applications.
Ultra T 3.0 flagship quarter-cut module
The Ultra T 3.0 quarter-cut module is Suntech's flagship product at Intersolar Europe 2026. Based on enhanced TOPCon 3.0 N-type cell technology, it integrates a quarter-cut cell architecture, ultra-thin grid lines, and tile-type encapsulation to improve current harvesting efficiency and overall system performance.

The module achieves an efficiency exceeding 25.2% and offers a power output more than 20 W higher than conventional half-cut modules. With up to 90% bifaciality and a temperature coefficient of -0.26%/°C, it is designed to maximize energy performance under real-world operating conditions.
By improving power generation and reducing system costs (BOS) and levelized cost of electricity (LCOE), the Ultra T 3.0 positions itself as Suntech's flagship solution for high-performance, large-scale solar projects in Europe.
Application-oriented module portfolio
At Intersolar Europe 2026, Suntech is presenting a complete range of modules based on its enhanced TOPCon N-type platform, designed to meet the diverse needs of the European market, including grid limitations, building integration standards, and land use optimization.
For large-scale applications, Suntech introduces high-efficiency bifacial modules designed to maximize energy performance and reduce the levelized cost of electricity (LCOE) under low shading conditions, with improved system compatibility and lifecycle performance.
For commercial and industrial rooftops, Suntech offers high-power modules optimized for greater energy performance and efficient installation, compatible with distributed generation and large-scale energy systems.
For residential and building-integrated applications, the company presents fully black double-glazed modules, designed to meet architectural requirements, while maintaining high efficiency and stable performance in various European climatic conditions.
To address retrofit applications and aging building infrastructure, Suntech is also introducing a lightweight N-type bifacial module, designed to simplify installation and expand the adoption of low-load rooftop solar power.
Integrated solar energy and storage solutions
Energy storage is a key component of Suntech's comprehensive strategy.
The SunStorage portfolio includes residential, commercial and industrial energy storage systems, designed to improve energy flexibility, increase self-consumption and contribute to grid stability.
For residential applications, Suntech offers modular high-voltage battery systems with scalable configurations from 4 kW to 20 kW, allowing for flexible capacity expansion based on the home's energy demand.
For commercial and industrial applications, Suntech presents an integrated 125 kW/261 kWh energy storage system designed for peak demand reduction, backup power supply, and energy optimization. A coupled 125 kW hybrid DC inverter further enhances the photovoltaic-storage integration, optimizing overall system efficiency and project profitability.
Vertically integrated manufacturing platform
Suntech's product portfolio is supported by its vertically integrated manufacturing platform, which covers the entire value chain, from silicon materials to wafers, cells, modules, and energy storage systems.
