Spanish engineering company SOLETRAX, specialised in fixed-tilt structures and single-axis trackers for utility-scale solar PV plants, has signed a new supply contract in Spain totalling 48 MW.
The package comprises 13 MW of fixed-tilt structures and 35 MW of single-row 1P trackers, designed to increase energy generation, improve grid integration and enhance long-term operational performance.
Beyond its contribution to renewable energy deployment, the project is expected to deliver approximately 120 direct and indirect jobs in the local area.
Once operational, the plant will help avoid an estimated 22,000 tonnes of CO per year, supporting Spain"s national decarbonisation targets and wider European energy-transition objectives.
According to the schedule, SOLETRAX will begin deliveries in December 2025, continuing through March 2026.
Project construction by the developer is planned for 2026, with commissioning expected by the end of the year.
The agreement marks a new milestone in SOLETRAX"s commercial consolidation since its founding.
CEO Miguel Giné highlighted that "each project signed with leading clients strengthens our track record and demonstrates that reliability, engineering excellence and proprietary product design are the foundations for becoming a key technology partner in the utility-scale solar segment.
