With over 60 years of experience in the energy sector , Amara NZero is consolidating its leadership as a strategic supplier in the region.
Since its inclusion in PVBook 2025 , the digital catalog produced by Energía Estratégica , the company has positioned its business model as a comprehensive solution for the development of solar energy projects in Mexico and Latin America, integrating material distribution, EPC services, and smart storage. Amara NZero's operating model is designed to serve both distributed and large-scale generation projects , optimizing costs and execution times thanks to the vertical integration of its services.
The company emphasizes that its offering is based on technical guarantees, reliable materials, and adaptability to each client . One of the cases that reflects this approach is the energy storage project in the Riviera Maya , where large hotels high energy consumers have trusted the company to implement BESS solutions. In these facilities, energy is stored during low-cost base hours , which is then used during peak demand to reduce energy costs by up to 30% . In addition to tariff optimization, BESS systems provide backup power during outages , ensuring the continued operation of essential services .
The company emphasizes that the solution also allows for improved power quality , integration of renewable energy sources , and connection of charging stations for electric vehicles. The project implemented in Cancún is characterized by the use of lithium iron phosphate batteries , a liquid cooling system , Huawei equipment , and a utility -scale configuration .
This technology maximizes thermal and operational efficiency , reducing risks and increasing the lifespan of the systems. Regional presence and technical strategy The company actively operates in Mexico and various Latin American markets , where it deploys its expertise in both the distribution of complete solar solutions and the development of EPC projects, especially in segments such as storage, solar systems, microgrids, industrial operation and electromobility . In line with this strategy, the company emphasizes the importance of considering not only the initial investment in projects, but also their long-term economic performance. The company's comprehensive approach goes beyond simply providing equipment or services.
Instead, it aims to align technical objectives with the client's financial goals , designing specific solutions that meet the operational needs of each site.
