Solar Steel, a leading company in the design and supply of solar fixed structures and trackers, announces the launch of its latest development, set to revolutionize the industry: the new dual-row 1P solar tracker, TracSmarT+1P.
This advanced solution is engineered to optimize the LCOE in photovoltaic solar projects, further solidifying the company's presence in international markets. Key Features:
- Reduced installation time: The 1P solar tracker by Gonvarri Solar Steel is designed with installation efficiency in mind.
Its optimized structure allows for faster and simpler assembly, significantly decreasing the time required to bring the system on grid.
This reduction in labor costs accelerates the return on investment for solar projects.
- Enhanced tracking range: One of the standout features of the 1P solar tracker is its ability to tilt up to 60 degrees.
This flexibility enables the system to adjust its orientation to capture the maximum amount of sunlight at various times of day and under different weather conditions, thereby improving energy output and overall system efficiency, even in adverse conditions such as heavy rain and hail.
- Fewer components: Simplicity is key in the design of the 1P solar tracker.
With a reduced number of components and pre-assembled main components, the structure is not only easier to assemble but also decreases the likelihood of mechanical failures.
This simplification results in lower maintenance costs and increased system durability.
- Robust mechanical locking system: To ensure stability and safety, the 1P solar tracker incorporates a robust mechanical locking system.
This mechanism ensures that the tracker remains in its desired position even during high winds, providing greater reliability and protection for the solar infrastructure while minimizing aeroelastic effects.
- SmarTSlope technology: Integrated SmarTSlope by Solar Steel technology allows the 1P solar tracker to efficiently adapt to uneven terrain.
This adjustability ensures that the tracker can be installed in a variety of environments, maximizing solar energy capture and optimizing project performance regardless of site characteristics, without the need for shortened rows.
While this bifacial configuration will dominate upcoming projects already in development, the company also offers a single-row version of the product.
This single-row option is fully adaptable to the more complex layouts of the markets in which it operates, strictly adhering to applicable regulations.Furthermore, this new configuration incorporates the previously introduced design for the agrivoltaic sales line,
AgriPV by Solar Steel. This product complies with the regulations established in various European countries, offering adaptable ground clearance of up to 2.1 meters based on client and project needs. It is suitable for both advanced agricultural and livestock applications without compromising energy performance.
With this new configuration, Solar Steel reinforces its leadership in the solar industry, expanding its project portfolio and delivering solutions that meet the specific needs of each client and market.
